The benefits have been noticeable within the past two weeks. My hair is more silky and thicker and I am experiencing less hair loss. Additionally, I have noticed substantial improvement in the strength of my fingernails which were prone to breaking and peeling. Even as the temperature drops I have noticed that my skin is staying hydrating and isn't getting dry and cracking. As compared with other collagens, the pills are in a capsule and much easier to swallow, however the smell is a little more potent than other collagens I have taken so I take it will a flavored beverage and don't notice it as much.
