I've used it to cut moulding to use as mirror frames. It actually worked better (cleaner cuts) on the thicker wood than on the thinner hobby board I used a trim. **Q: Can I use this to make frames that are a little heavier Duty than document or picture frames?** A: I don’t think I would recommend for heavy project.
