I've been drinking at least a gallon of water a day, and drinking out of this makes it seem a little easier. I try to drink 2 of these before noon, and the other 2 in the afternoon...you've got a gallon. I like that it has oz&ml's marked too. It has a wide mouth, so I can easily toss in 1/2 of a lemon (without having to jam it through the mouth). Heck, you could fit an entire lemon in there! The top is securely attached to the bottle, so it's nice for me, so I'm not misplacing it. It's sturdy, BPA free, dishwasher safe, and it says it's guaranteed for life. Doesn't get better than that! I guess my only complaint is that it doesn't have a spout to drink from. It makes it a little harder to have a sip while exercising, but it doesn't bother me enough to take off a star.
