**Q: Which country manufactured it?.**
A: The first pair I bought were made in China and they were wonderful.  I still use them after 10+ months.The next 3 pairs I ordered were made in Vietnam and were absolute crap! (returned all 3)

**Q: can I order a size 13 4E wide?**
A: I know you can order a size 13, can't say about the 4E wide.

**Q: How tough are these?**
A: They are pretty light weight but have held up pretty well. It's been almost a year with them now.

**Q: Do they have steel toes?**
A: No they do not have steel toes
