I really like that this offers back support because I have a terrible posture so this really helps during workouts. I’ve noticed that after using this that not only does my abdomen sweat it makes my entire body sweat even more. It doesn’t feel suffocating, but I feel like the material on the inside could be better. Such as, it absorbs the sweat instead of you getting to wipe it off and see it. It’s also slightly uncomfortable when you wear it without clothes underneath, but it’s not a huge con. I also didn’t smell anything weird when I first started using it. This was also very firm, I used it for spin classes, did multiple workouts, and I never had to readjust it. Overall, a great product that does the job, and I highly recommend it! For reference, I'm 130lbs and my waist is 27 inches.
