The tip of the dc plug got loose somehow from so much travel use. While I was able to find all the pieces, a friend accidentally put them on a bit slanted. Well, I didn’t notice until it stopped working from it melting some. Now, it cannot be fixed without a new dc head (see pics). As a result, I have ordered a couple new cables from a couple different companies on Amazon to have one as an ER backup.I do tend to use the app for ease of adjusting and setting the Temps.End result: @MaizyShiba (my medical service dog) and I still love and use the fridge all the time, but I recommend upgrading to a third part dc plug (hopefully better). ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great Cooler, Nonexistent Customer support *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on September 29, 2020* Cooler works great at 12v . Used it on a 6 week sailing trip and it kept my food well below 30 degrees the whole time. No complaints with the icebox itself. however, when I lost the specialized cord that it needs to plug in to either 12 volt or 120 volt, 4 attempts to reach the company, including emails, voicemails, and text messages, all went unanswered over a 2 week period. Zero service after the sale.
