I haven't had any problems -- it hasn't leaked, it pours at just the rate I want, and it cleans up easily. It's a great product.I've read many of the negative reviews complaining about drips and the lid being difficult to remove. I have never experienced that, but when it needs refilling, I thoroughly hand wash the glass jar, take out the silicone insert and wash that well, and use a pipe cleaner to clean the inside of the pour spout to get rid of any residual olive oil. Not allowing old oil to sit inside the spout over time keeps it from dripping and I've never had any difficulty unscrewing the top.
