I look forward to my next RE purchase and know I am much more prepared to get a great deal. TL;DR Don't buy another RE property without reading this book first and know it will also be and great future reference. I was a bit worried that the book would just be for first time home buyers, but I was fascinated with the section describing housing bubbles and why the author doesn't think we are currently experiencing a bubble, just a healthy market that will continue. I also appreciate the organization. Each chapter stands on it own so you can just flip to the section that interests you without the need to read all the previous section.
