I usually camp a lot and travel where I miss my workouts, but with this resistance bands I can get my basic workouts and be in shape.The quality is pretty good, it has multiple straps for different workout types. Overall a good buy.The bands are sturdy and well built. The handles have a soft, but rigid grip that reduces the need for gloves and the clips that help attach the bands to the handle seem extremely sturdy. My only gripe with the clips is that I wish that the clip was symmetrical [refer to attached pictures labelled (1) and (2)], because if one of the bands is rooted in the narrow end of the clip, it causes additional, undesired tension on one side while the other side moves more fluently.Generally, I do a full body workout with these bands - I do arms (Biceps and Triceps), shoulders, legs (squats, lunges and deadlifts) and back exercises; without the bands, I do push ups, sit ups and some planks. There are a plethora of exercises that can be done using these bands - I am primarily using these bands to maintain my strength, as well as augment by cardio workouts, as I play soccer and/or basketball.These bands save me the drive and hassle of going to the gym and finding parking, especially on days where my schedule is full. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Versatile *by J***E on June 1, 2019*  I love how versatile this set is. There are handles, adjustable ankle straps and a for stop asking with the bands and carrying bag. (I made a video, but can't get it to load.) There are a ton of exercises you can do with this set. All the bands are clearly marked with a resistance weight. I have those cheap resistance bands from PT, but will replace them with this set. Everything easily fits back into the carrying bag making it easy to travel with.The only issue I had was in the small manual there was some contradictory info and the pages weren't in the right order.I did get these for free in exchange for an honest review, and I honestly love this set. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality resistance bands at a great price. *by R***S on May 27, 2019* I ordered this for me and my girlfriend, I wanted something to allow us both to get some stretching and strength training without the harsh jerking motions of regular exercise.These resistance bands were some of the less expensive ones when I did the search for resistance bands but they are very well built. The stitching is very well done and looks as it will hold up well as is the quality of hook and loop fastening. The insides of the straps are lightly padded which make them comfortable. The handles have a nice think padded grip to maintain a good grasp.
