It fits a bit big for me to wear on workouts but it will work decent as a casual normal activy band. My reviews is as follows:First off, it is a quality item. Hands down. My only issue is that the pins that attach to the watch's face (galaxy s3 frontier) do NOT lock in place on the band. They sit freely in the adapter making it tricky to take off and clean without have the pins fall out.I do like the band and what it represents. I will most likely continue to use it on a casual basis, it will not work for going to the gym and tracking my workouts and health states. The fit is too lose even on the tightest setting of which there are only three.
