A: Yes!  If they get really wet, you need to hang them up to dry and once dry they are reusable.

A: No, they absorb water once

A: might be too much water for the socks to handle.

A: I did not have a positive experience with these. I contacted Amazon and was reimbursed.

These are alright. They don't absorb water as quickly and efficiently as the polyacrylate solutions, yet they don't handle washing machines / dryers like reusable socks. So I see them as a little bit of an in-between solution.
