It is my go to for sure. It did arrive warm. I can see they tried to keep it cold with an ice pack (also warm) and a special shipping bag. I contacted the manufacturer about the issue. From my understanding the product needs to stay cold or it looses potency. They were very prompt about replying to me. I don't plan on returning it.
