The highlighted line version of this is much easier on my eyes than a ruler to keep my place. The larger tinted versions are surprisingly handy while working between other printed text and the computer screen. My 60+ eyes found the darker tinted versions too dark, but there are three of each type that work well for me, so it was still a good buy. I recommend these for office work by adults as well as their intended use for young readers or people with reading-eye issues.
