For some reason Amazon cancelled my previous order, so had to re-order it. Box was packaged nicely. The box contains thermal pad, screw-driver, Heat Sink and the Adapter itself. I have inserted it in PCIe 2.0 X4 (since other PCIe used up by GPU) due to which speeds are not as fast as a native NVMe slot which usually runs at PCIe 3.0 x4 speeds (~4Gb/s).
