Review: Good alternative to aspirin or ibuprofen - Product was sealed and in good condition. I use this supplement as part of an anti-inflammatory diet and in lieu of aspirin or ibuprofen as needed. This might be a good alternative to using other OTC pain remedies due to a sensitive stomach. However, not everyone responds in the same manner.
Review: Yet Another herb in my "Arsenal of Herbs". - Willow bark has the effect of aspirin, but gentler on your stomach. It is used for pain including headache, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), osteoarthritis and muscle pain. Another herb in my "Arsenal of Herbs." So far I have not had any stomach effects since taking this herb. If you have headaches and want a natural relief, try this!
