**Q: Is it really with 300mg nicotinamide riboside ?**
A: As to the other answer that said "Look up ChromaDex’s CERT program whereby they supply the Nicotinamide Riboside to virtually all the pre-clinical and clinical trials on NR." Even if they were supplying NR-pills, that by itself does not prove that their pills actually contain NR. Nor that they contain it to the indicated degree.

**Q: Does anyone have the nutrition label for this? Would love to see what's in a capsule!**

**Q: How long do you have to take this product in order to notice a difference?**
A: I stared at 250 mg.  After about two months I noticed that I no longer had muscle inflammation causing stiffness of the muscles in the morning or after sitting too long.  At age 67 that made me feel younger.  Things like a reduction of LDL and triglyceride levels came months after I increased to 600 mg.  My small cataracts vanished after I increased to 900 mg.  A study showed it increased NAD by 22% at 100 mg, 54% at 300 mg, and 141% at 1000 mg. (I may be slightly off on these numbers, but they are approximated correct.)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works best if you are over the age of 40

Tru Niagen works best if you are over the age of 40, or feel tired, or are under a lot of stress. Otherwise, if you are young, or if you are already extremely healthy, then you might not notice any results. This is a trial size bottle, for 2 weeks. Some people can tell within the first 2 weeks, whether or not Tru Niagen will help them. Other people notice the effects after about 1 month, or 3 months. The effects are very gentle, and happen slowly over time. The first week that I took Tru Niagen, I felt that the quality of my sleep improved in a major way. It seemed to me that I was dreaming more vividly, and getting to a deeper level of sleep. By the second week I noticed that my skin was clearing up. I have taken Niagen vitamin B3 for about 2 years now. It's the best vitamin supplement I have ever taken. I have better sleep quality, better skin, stronger nails, better eyesight, less gray hair, better liver/kidney/cholesterol numbers on lab tests, and less brain fog. After the first month, it became hard for me to sleep more than about 5 hours a night, so I started taking Niagen in a split dose early in the day at 6 am and noon, along with Doctor's Best 5-HTP Enhanced. The 5-HTP helps to build serotonin (to feel good) and melatonin (to sleep better). Doctor's Best 5-HTP Enhanced with Vitamins B6 and C, Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy Free, 120 Veggie Caps I also feel better if I take a Stress B Complex capsule, from Thorne. Thorne's B6 is better than anybody else's B6. Thorne Research - Stress B-Complex - Vitamin B Complex for Stress Support - 60 Capsules I felt a lot of great effects from these 3 supplements (Tru Niagen, 5-HTP, and Stress B Complex) but I didn't get any more energy, until I added in Tyrosine by Thorne. The Tyrosine (amino acid) doesn't work unless you avoid protein for about an hour, before and after you take the Tyrosine, but carbs are okay. So I take the Tyrosine by itself first thing in the morning, along with some orange juice or D-Ribose powder in coffee. Thorne Research - L-Tyrosine - Amino Acid Supplement to Support Production of Dopamine and Norepinephrine - 90 Capsules BulkSupplements Pure D-Ribose Powder (1 Kilogram) I got some leg cramps at first when I was taking Tru Niagen, but they went away after I took Magnesium Citrate. If you want to scientifically measure how taking Tru Niagen is affecting you, then you can take a lab test from Lab Corp or Quest, before & after you take the Tru Niagen. Be sure to include tests for cholesterol levels, liver function (ALT & AST), kidney function (creatinine), and vitamin D level. First take the lab test, then take Tru Niagen for 3 months, and finally re-test again. Lab tests are available inexpensively online at LifeExtension.com (<$50), or they can be taken at your doctor's office. The 250 mg daily dose/serving of Tru Niagen found on the bottle label, is for someone who weighs about 184 pounds or less. That works out to 1.36 mg of Tru Niagen per pound, per day (or 3 mg of Tru Niagen per kg.) If you weigh more than 184 pounds, then you may need to take a higher dosage of Tru Niagen, to notice any effects. If you are not healthy, or if you take anti-depressants (like SSRIs), then you should talk with your doctor before you try this vitamin B3. Some people say that they have fewer food/beverage cravings, and don't get hungover so much from liquor, when they take Tru Niagen. Everybody reports slightly different results, from taking Tru Niagen. One last thing to remember, is that you might want to take it easy with the caffeine for a while. The same amount of coffee you drank before, might give you a pounding heart, after you start taking Tru Niagen. Same thing with carbs, and sugar. (Less is more.)
