It’s not in the package, as pieces are pre packaged separately, had someone checked it prior to shipping it would’ve been obvious one is missing the white clip and that it’s broken. It’s for her birthday party next day so I can’t return it and honestly I don’t care for the earrings because the wig covers her ears! The tiara comes in 2 pieces, you’ll have to clip one side on and then tilt it to clip in the 2nd. If you’re careful it shouldn’t break.
