Inflation is very easy, just open the value and massage it a little bit and it inflates. Putting it back down is also very quick, just putting pressure and it deflates without much effort. The only downside is that it's just not tall enough for me. It's wide, which is great but it would be better for me if it were a little larger/taller. I will keep using it along with my Tempur-Pedic travel pillow - why not?! If I had to leave one of them home it would be this one. Overall it's fine, just not perfect.
