Check the clearance on the low pressure fitting + adapter as I couldn't attach the freon hose because the engine was obstructing access. I had to remove the R12 fitting and replace with an R134a fitting (couldn't use this adapter on the low pressure side)--again, because of lack of clearance which happens in small cars. The high pressure adapter screws over the R12 fitting so no access limitations created. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars which is fine except in my case (90 Cadillac) there was inadequate ... *by B***Z on Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2014* The adapters are well made and work. One important note: There is no mention of the fact that the low pressure adapter has a schrader valve installed in it. This requires that the adapter be longer than otherwise necessary, which is fine except in my case (90 Cadillac) there was inadequate space to connect the quick coupler of my recharging kit.
