Very different results from the same product in the white can are simply due to more salt content. Several sprays of this will reduce swelling in nose and sinuses for sinus headache sufferers like me. I've been able to discontinue steroid nasal spray after 14 years! Use at first sign of headache instead of nasal decongestants and prescription sprays. Use as many times as you need to until headache stays gone. My doctor is thrilled. Also eliminated my ibuprofen habit. I keep a can at work, a can in my purse, a can upstairs, and a can downstairs. I use it 4 or 5 times most days.
