The set comes with five bands ranging from “gentle encouragement” to “are you sure about this?” which is great because you can gradually increase resistance as your confidence (or delusion) grows. What I loved: Skin-friendly material: I was worried they'd snap against my legs like an angry rubber band, but they’re actually super soft, don’t pinch my skin, and stay in place surprisingly well. Levels of resistance: The lighter band makes me feel like a fitness influencer. The heavier one reminds me I am not. Portable: They fit in the little pouch that comes with them, which I now proudly carry around like I’m on my way to a very tiny workout mission.
