But I would think that the heat would be less strong and not lasting long. I use them as ice packs so I can't speak with any knowledge of heating them. **Q: Can you order additonal stretchy sleeves as it only comes with one?** A: Not that I have found. **Q: Can you refreeze them after one use?** A: Yes you can. I've refreezed mine several times over and they stay frozen for about 15 minutes. I just had mine on a rotation. Really help. *by A***Y on 31 January 2023* These worked so well for what I needed. I had surgery on the bones in my face and my entire face swelled up like a balloon. These were just the right size to hold in one hand and place on different areas of my face; under my eyes and around my jaw etc. They never get completely stiff so I was also able to bend them in half, and the fabric side never gets wet so is always comfortable to have on the skin. Or you can use the sleeve they come with. I tested them one day, I used one under one eye and not the other and could really see the difference after half an hour. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is because they melt and warm up quite quickly, but of course they will when against warm skin and there are 6 so the turnaround in the freezer isn't too bad. They'll also last for years, and although my swelling has gone down now (thank goodness) I'm sure they'll come in handy for my sons!
