My collection is all raw specimens, so when I saw this set, I thought that having these shaped and polished pieces would be something different and beautiful as a grouping, and they are! Each piece is about the height and diameter of a penny with the merkaba (star-shaped one) being slightly larger than that. The size makes sense given the intended use for these and also makes for a lovely grouping on a table. After reading more about these crystals (and they are quartz - not glass), I do think I will try them in "body work" as recommended. Because I'm keeping my set displayed, the simple yet handsome box that the pieces arrived in has been put to another great use. The price is also very fair. Before making this purchase, I looked at similar, individual pieces from other sellers and most started at $8.00 each (some single merkabas were $20 and up!) The nice box is a bonus. Also, the seller is quite conscientious: the packaging was excellent, and a thoughtful note and contact info was included.
