Pros: Compact - fits in the nook/corner of kitchen or even desk of office. Quick dispensing of espresso/lungo coffee (only with pods) Max 3 lungo cups in one refill of tank. Very good design and build quality, made in Germany. Almost zero mess, just dispose of the pods after 6 cups. Cons: No warranty in India. Tried registering the product on their website with serial number. The seller is importing from Europe and selling in India. Be careful just in case there is any issue within the first year, money is lost. Even one of the three manuals comes only in German.
