On shaft diamiter **Q: My clutch slips and makes a slipping shoe on housing sound and doesnt grab when its supposed to. Its on a brand new predator. Why would that be?** A: First, check chain tension and the sprocket teeth on clutch. They get worn down and slipping occurs there. Second, spray it thoroughly with solvent, or brake cleaner, dirt builds up in between the parts and can reduce its performance.
