This product is SO much better than sunflower seed butters and tastes pretty similar to peanut butter. You can now make PB&J , chocolate PB cups, apples with peanut butter! It contains a lot of omegas and proteins which I really find value able. You can cook with it with no issues. Most guests we have want to try this, and say that it’s so close to peanut butter, like just a different brand and almost always take another bite. If I add it to a recipe and they don’t know people say “I thought you couldn’t have peanuts!” So they can’t even tell when it’s substituted.
