**Q: Can you use it on stained concrete?**
A: No, it is not advisable to use on painted on stained concrete floors. You may experience improper film formation, which can produce a variety of floor care problems, including poor adhesion and powdering, poor gloss, streaking and poor leveling. To clean and maintain the concrete appearance, use the Zep Neutral pH Floor Cleaner Concentrate. Its professional grade no rinse formula, suitable for use on various floor surfaces, including painted, sealed and stained concrete, (VCT), rubber, marble, granite and other natural stone floors.

**Q: can this be used on lamite flooring?**
A: No, unfortunately. The Zep Wet-Look Floor Polish is for use on interior floors such as rubber, asphalt, tile, vinyl composition tile (VCT), sealed concrete and terrazzo. I suggest the Zep Hardwood & Laminate Floor Refinisher, when used as directed, it fills in scratches, revitalize shine, and restore the look to dull, scratched, worn wood and  laminate floors.

**Q: Can this be applied over existing zep wet look floor polish?**
A: My apartment complex has all tile floors. When I moved in 3 years ago, the floor was so polished I could view my reflection. I was told to apply 4 coats of the Zep wet-look polish. I applied only two coats. Now, the thin wet-look polish is peeling and I use a buffer to remove most of it. The wet-look really looks great, so apply enough coats to prevent peeling after a year or two.

I've been using this product for quite some time because it really does make your wood floors 'pop'. When I first used it a few years ago, I remember that I forgot that I put it down in one particular room and stopped myself before I walked on the floor, just to realize that I had waxed that floor hours ago and it looked wet but was completely dry. It really gave it a shine, gloss and new life to my old wood parquet floors. They looked like they were refinished. I've had people come to my home after that particular occasion and offer to wait outside because they thought the floors were wet, and this was weeks after I waxed the floors. The shine lasts for a long time. ( It also depends on the foot traffic in your home too.)They looked THAT good! This stuff really brings your wood floors to life and they will look amazing. My local Home Depot/Lowes usually runs out of it quickly, so when I see it on Amazon I order it. I highly recommend it.
