He likes the earbuds a lot and thinks they will be great for cycling. I'm a boxer, so my workouts consist of running, jump roping, shadow boxing, and heavybag work. All that jostling around makes these things fall out of my ears, and I keep having to twist them back in. The sound quality is pretty good, but they don't stay in very well. If you are on a bike or just walking around and don't have much vertical motion going on, they should be fine. These were quite secure in my ear since the wires are designed to go over the top of your ear. When the item is plugged in and moved around a bit you can hear a crackle sound and sometimes it may work until it is bumped again. Bought these mid Sept of 2015...died Jan 18 and only used a handful of times to talk on cell while driving. Can't be returned or exchanged after 30days.
