After this, you also pop in the pedals and you are done. I assembled two of them. It took me 15 minutes total which included removing from the box and taking off the plastic and cardboard. Not that I have had any problems, be sure to double check all wheel screws before each use for added safety. **Q: How much does it weight?** A: Specs say 25+ lbs,seems right. However... width is crucial to me,bathroom door is 23in wide,one spec said 21.25 in,’Great’Altho another spec says 23 in,which is more accurate!! Bummer,trim is all chewed up now🤢😱 **Q: What does open box mean?** A: It new, just someone open the box **Q: Whats the weight capacity ?** A: I believe it is 200 lbs.
