I have super oily skin and lots of blackheads (I know, ugh, right?). This mask will make your skin feel so nice. I left it on until it dried, it doesn't lift the blackheads completely out, but when you rinse away the mask, it has tiny particles (the sugar?), that scrubs what it lifted out away. My skin was glowing and so soft! I did use a soft exfoliating brush before hand, could have had something to do with it...not sure. And it felt a little dry, so I moisturized. And I didn't wake up with an oil slick on my face!! I'm not saying it was completely shine free, but I would say about 80% less, significant enough to see. Granted, I used the mask during the summer when my skin happened to produce more oil. When autumn and winter rolled around and I used the mask (my skin turns very sensitive and dry in the winter, and I'm more prone to breakouts), it dried out my skin so much and I could see and feel the dryness afterwards. I also noticed I started to break out after I used it in the winter.So in a nutshell, the mask is best used if you have a good moisturizer but only in the winter. It's not recommended for those with dry skin, so beware!
