I do like this shrink wrap. I use it mostly on #4, #2 & 2/0 wire in my solar system and batteries. I tested it on a piece of #4, which is 1/2" thick and it worked really well. (see video and images). I used a heat gun and it shrinks up real nice, doesn't burn or curl up. This is 3/4" diameter shrink wrap and I was really surprised that it shrank all the way down to 1/4". Highly recommended.
