You could pour boiling water in, cover with a lid and let it sit for 10 min, but you can also do more than that. Start with some ghee and toast it in the pan first, then add liquud. One says containers hold 26.5 ounces with 4-pak, the next one says 7.6 ounces. Which one is right?** A: Each jar contains 26.5 ozs in the 4-pack I ordered. I'd go with that one. **Q: Is this a glass or plastic jar?** A: It is a plastic jar. **Q: Has anybody else received aborio rice when they ordered couscous? I did.** A: Yes. I did too.
