The pup is a little smaller than the dog that came with her OG doll, but it's a quality stuffed toy. And the accessories are great! I was actually pretty surprised by the amount and quality of the accessories for what I paid for this set. We also got my daughter the Melissa and Doug vet set and this, so it was fun for her and her doll to play Vet together and treat the animals. If I had any criticism it's that there's no way to contain the items. I wish there'd been some kind of vet bag or pet carrier.
