A: Hi Cassandra? If you have had a cycle in the last 12 months you are still in peri-menopause and would use MacaLife. If you haven't had a cycle for over 12 months you would be post menopausal and would use MacaPause.

**Q: Will this help with facial hair??**

I feel so much better since I began taking Femmenessence. I have more energy. I sleep better and I feel mentally balanced. I even danced a little in my bedroom to some music. highly recommend this product for a perimenopause supplement. I have been on it for years, and recently stopped taking it cause I am tired of taking pills - as a result I started getting hot flashes, pretty severe throughout the day. So I started taking it again as well as B-complex, and hot flashes are gone, I have more energy and I noticed my hair is much healthier. Everyone is different but this product works for me.
