I was worried it would be too loud as I wanted to use it in the evening in a garage, but it’s very quiet. It has various speed settings, which are easy to change and move between. This is a good polisher for doing some light scratch removal, plus all stages of polish/wax, finisher etc. it’s not going to perform like a professional rotary polisher, but with that comes the reassurance that you would have to try really hard to do any damage.
