A: The total chain length is 40 Ft.

**Q: Operating voltage?  amazon site states 110v, but prowinch installation instructions state 220-240v for pwhf1000uw?  how do i wire for installation?**
A: The Operating voltage of the PWHF1000uW is 110v. You just need to plug it as a standard appliance.

**Q: Is the pendant control variable speed?**
A: No, this unit is not a variable speed, it is a single-speed.

**Q: The manual is not clear, what oil or grease is needed in the gear oil hole ( do not over fill hole )**
A: This unit uses grease, not oil. We pre-fill these with grease before shipping so you should only have to refill after a long while.  Lithium-based gear grease is a water repellent and that's what we use.

The worst purchase I have ever made when it comes to shop equipment. The brake that holds lifted item in place wore out within two years of very minimal use. The brake and motor are one piece on these units. The cost to replace is just shy of an entire replacement cost. Don’t waste your money on this crap.
