The power meter LEDs stay on while the device is in use, but they're quite dim so I don't think they're using much of the battery's power. We use them for our RGB Shades (glowing LED matrix sunglasses) and it ran them for 8.5 hours at maximum brightness on a single charge! The power-on button can't be used to turn off the pack (you have to disconnect your device and wait 30 seconds) but that's not a big issue. Great value! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GREAT!!
