Took it to a jeweler to have a link removed. He instructed my husband in how to use the tool provided to remove the link. He also said that many times the wood splits when trying to remove the link. This is exactly what happened despite my husband being VERY careful. Because I bought this for my husband as a gift and didn’t give it to him right away, I couldn’t return it.Stay away from this item!!! ### ⭐⭐ Is this a common occurrence? *by D***D on January 27, 2019* Second day of using this watch the crown has broken off. Not sure how or when, but definitely not satisfied with this. Is this a common occurrence? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful watch. Bright face. *by G***E on January 28, 2019* The watch is really light. Doesn’t weigh much. The actual body of the watch is very smooth. It’s wood but from a far u can’t tell because it’s a darker tone. The inner face of the watch is a gorgeous teal. It runs great. It is a big watch so looks good on a bigger arm. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/153234487-wooden-men-watches-shifenmei-natural-handmade-wood-watch-analog-japanese](https://www.desertcart.us/products/153234487-wooden-men-watches-shifenmei-natural-handmade-wood-watch-analog-japanese) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
