I think it would damage your hair and not work well on wet hair. This is basically a curling tong with retractable bristles . Revamp do a hot air dryer and styler with an oval shaped head that is fantastic for drying and styling wet hair in a super speedy time, try that instead if you want to use it on wet hair **Q: I took this hot brush in the cruise and it does not heat.
