Review: Brilliant to add extra flavour and goodness - I was buying the jars but I actually would forget about it in the fridge and I just decided to try this powder and it's brilliant. I mostly have been using it in noodle bowls with some chicken stock. I cook up some mushrooms then add a teaspoon or two of this and the stock, add in some cooked meat or fish (or cook first with the mushrooms) and some garlic, vegetables like beansprouts, tenderstem broccoli, sugar snap peas etc simmer for a few mins add rice noodles and fresh coriander and it's absolutely delicious. I have nearly ran out so will definitely be getting some more!

**Q: Why is this bone broth white and not brown when made up**
A: Thanks for the question. Our Natural Beef Powder is made from our Natural Beef Concentrate, we slowly freeze-dry our concentrate to get the powder. Our bone broth is not like the home made broth's and not brown in color. Our broth is made from only beef bones, naturally evaporate salt and filtered water, we have a unique process of manufacturing and condensation process that makes our broth concentrated,  thicker than normal broth's as well. When you mix our bone broth with hot water the color is milky white. It takes 2 teaspoons of our concentrated bone broth liquid to make 1 teaspoon of powder. Regards Maria

**Q: Do you have a pure 100% beef only stock or dried stock? with no salt?**
A: Thanks for the question. We use naturally evaporated sea salt to preserve our bone broth and our freeze-dried powder is our concentrated liquid bone broth which has sea salt.
We are not able to produce a bone broth with a good shelf life with out including natural sea salt. Regards Maria

A: Thanks for your question. In regard to the Natural Beef Powder we have the Best Before Date printed on the back of the label and there is also a sticker inside the gusset of the pouch with the BBD.
The best before date is 1st November 2021.

If you make it sufficient strength it tastes good but if you drink it in a mug and just use a teaspoon it tastes like water. To make it strong enough you need a heaped desert spoon which means you only get a small fraction of the servings that they claim so not great value for money. I preferred it when they came in a glass jar and I used to get the one with herbs added but it is no longer available.
