### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Italian caserecci - great pasta!  Could only find at Gustiamo on Amazon

My wife and I love Italian food. We discovered caserecci pasta at a local restaurant and loved it so much so we decided to make it at home. Gustiamo on Amazon was the only place I could find it. We prepared the pasta last night and it was delicious . My wife's comment after the meal was "this is restaurant quality!" And by that she meant a fine authentic Italian restaurant.

Faella is the best, most flavorful, and well-textured pasta we ever experienced. It was a dream. It was a recommendation by a Washington Post food columnist in an article about fresh pasta versus dry pasta.My guests complimented how much my pasta cooking had improved, but all I did differently was use Faella. It makes that much of a difference.The vendor is Gustiamo, a small vendor from the Bronx in New York that specializes in importing real Italian ingredients from Italy. They did a great job with shipping and packaging. I feel guilty for ordering such a small quantity. I am going to order more next time.Thank you!Ciao! -s.
