**Q: How many will this mix serve?**
A: The recipe calls for 500 grams of the mix.  Since there are 1,000 kilograms in the bag, it will make two loaves.  The loaves are fairly big and especially for just two people so I usually use 333 grams of the mix and cut back on the other  ingredients and get three loaves out of one bag.

**Q: Can I make this in a bread machine?**
A: Great question. I have only made it by hand, it’s very easy. I use buttermilk Which gives it a better taste instead of using regular milk or water.

Bought it just before Mother’s Day. The package is rather small (2KG) but it’s enough for two loaves. It’s the exact same bread as you’d get at home . It rises quickly so keep your eye on the oven. Will buy again. ☘️
