I am on 10 months with this stuff and it's been through a salty winter without a garage--still attached! One side had a couple inches unwound (which doesn't matter because I wrapped it 4-6 winds) and I just rewrapped both sides in preparation for this upcoming winter. I think the unwinding was because of the following: The tape sticks to itself like crazy, but you install it with your greasy hands and wrap it up in the confines of a rusty, dirty suspension area. So my one bit of advice is that you ought to take extra care when applying. I definitely was not surgically clean in my application. But I think it held up great overall. Stretch it just a bit so it gets a good cling on itself. This is a small miracle of a product to survive under my car in those conditions. One side didn't budge at all after a northern winter and a summer, and the other side started to unwind and held itself against the air flapping it around for however long--almost equally impressive.
