I think it come with 4 anchors for brick or block but I added one more on each side as my condenser was large **Q: Does it include both brackets in the shipment** A: Yes. It includes both brackets, hardware to assemble them, expansion bolts for mounting to the wall, and anti-vibration pads. Unfortunately, nine started rusting in three months and there’s no easy way to return the thing holding the A/C on the wall.
