A: Depends on what you mean by "standard PC input and output". Regardless, the DAC-x6 has input (takes signal in from PC) via: USB, toslink, and coax; Output (signal going out from DAC-x6) via RCA, or headphone jack. Hope this helps.

**Q: What does it come with in the box**
A: It's been too long; sorry can't remember.

**Q: How would I get a turntable working on this? It works only when there is sound coming through the optical audio at the same time as the stereo plugs.**
A: No idea at all

**Q: Does this have a standard PC input and output?**
A: Input yes, RCA outs only.

Created distortion and hiss with two of my head phones status cb1/ and fidelio x2hr. The volume steps are uneven. The only positive I have is build quality. Really wanted to like it, maybe I got a bad unit.
