**Q: Is this product soft and flexible to fix curve edges?**
A: It is soft and flexible.  If by curved edges, you mean that the cabinet door is itself curved, I think it would depend on how curved.  The inside of the curve would buckle if more than just a slight curve.

**Q: Has anybody ever used this to protect the foot rail on a bar stool? Can it be slipped on from the top or does it have to slide on?**
A: This product was never used for this purpose, but that being said if the width of the rail is 3/4 inch , the protector can be slipped on from the top.

I bought this to protect the top edge of the cabinet that holds my rollout garbage container. It takes more wear then the other cabinets and I could see the varnish and stain wearing away. It was easy to cut to fit with a scissors. The cabinet handle was partially in the way but with a few marks from a sharpie I was able to notch it out pretty nice. The only draw back is that on the inside the guard is slightly lipped. That probably keeps drips from running down the back but also catches every time I change the trash bag so I have to pop the guard back into place. No big deal and I am so great full to have found this. It is only slightly visible on my dark cabinets and sure gives me peace of mind.
