Review: Great toy and INCREDIBLE customer service - Ours boys (2yo and 4yo) have recently been watching the 1990s cult classic Three Ninjas. We needed to find a way to help them release their energy after watching the movie, so my sister purchased this punching bag. The boys absolutely loved it and were playing with it non-stop after it came in. The product seemed super durable, including the gloves that came with it, so we were really excited about them being able to use it for a long time. Unfortunately, we believe we received a defective product because the bag popped off the top after two days of use. I contacted the seller about replacement and was immediately contacted back. They were willing to replace it and then some for our inconvenience. They setup another order to be shipped the same day I contacted them and told me not to worry about sending back the defective product to lessen any further inconvenience to me. I've never received such great customer service from a company and was overwhelmed by their generosity! We will continue to buy products from them in the future due to their top notch customer service and their fun products!

A: Yes, but it won’t last long.  He may outgrow it. My 6 year old hardly used it now. He got it when he was 4.

A: No you can't we tried the same thing ordered a new one and send back other one

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Too small for my short 12 yr old

I really wanted to like this item but I don't. The height turned out to be too tall for my 12 yr old. My child is on the short side for their age and the stand has the bag sitting too short to punch comfortably. The bag itself is rather small as well. It appeared larger in photos. The base doesn't seem very durable as slight pressure on it dented it in for a moment. Assembly seemed easy enough for my child to do on their own following what was on the side of the box. There were no paper instructions in the box. The pump was missing as well. We used our bike pump with the ball adapter it has. My child was truly excited for this gift and is very disappointed with it. I will be attempting to return this item which shows it will cost me about $13 to have picked up by UPS because I have no whole foods nearby and my printer is broken. I took a chance and I got burned. I not only have to find a new taller punching bag which will cost more money but I'm out $13 possibly more dollars. Very disappointing when reviews stared it was pretty tall.
