Review: Great resistance bands! - I ordered those because the gym I usually went to have these same resistant bands and thought I want to have them at home as well for my convenience. It was slippery at the first 20 or so uses. After a few months they finally became the same feel and is my best gym companion. I use the yellow one for upper body and red black for lower body strength training. I have been using them for almost 9 months and they are still doing great. Love those and will continue to order more as backup.
Review: Pretty Good - These didn't break like all the other reviews said. I use these as well as "Perform Better" with my personal trainer and they work fine. They are a little thinner so if you're too ruff , you can wear them out faster. But MOST bands will break over time, even the name brands like "perform better". Keep pulling a rubber band and it will eventually snap, same concept. They're decent quality and I've been using them for at least 3-6 months.

A: Hello, they can be rolled or folded. They are pretty small and take up very little space.

A: About 2 inches

**Q: Which band colors are which level?**
A: Am sorry but I was not happy with this purchase at all. The bands kept rolling in. Wont be using them.

I had this band for a while, but with constant use after several years it finally broke up with me. Get it? Ha. Anyway I tried other 5 star bands on amazon, but my problem is that they’re to big for me so constant issue of slipping down. Yes, I could open my legs wider, but that’s not a stance in line with my shoulders. I am a tiny gal so I need tiny things and these bands happen to do it for me. Yeah it can slide up, but that’s a minor issue in my book.
