My beard is about 2 inches in length.Initial Quality?The initial quality of the balm and oil is great! The packaging and containers are nice and easy to use, and similar to that of other beard products I have used.What I like?I like how the oil came in a larger 2 oz bottle versus the more common 1 oz. This adds even more value to the already great price. The oil smells great and softens/hydrates the hair. The oil has a citrus smell that I quite enjoy. The balm is great as well. It softens the hair while also providing a little bit of hold.What I dislike?While the balm provides some hold, I wish it had a little bit more. It tames some flyaway hairs but not as many as I would like or as many as some other balms I have used. Another thing that I am not a huge fan of but some people might like is that the balm has a bit of citrus smell but primarily smells like vicks vaporub in my opinion. Also, a little goes a long way with these products!
