I am a side sleeper but did not sleep much. I tried for a week but am not using it anymore. **Q: I am 6' tall and weight 280 lbs. I'm concerned that this pillow will not be supportive enough for a heavy guy like me. Any other "big" folks use this?** A: I'm 6'1" and 350 lbs. Not a bad wedge but I need to find a bigger one, all around. I like the wedge to start just at my lower back and it is too short for me. So I have to put a pillow vertical between the wall/headboard and the wedge and then rest a bed pillow on that to hold up my head. Also I found that the pillow flattens too much for me, so I have ended up putting a pillow under the wedge to make it incline a little more. Lastly, it is not wide enough to support my arms as much as I would like. I'm now thinking about buying the Avana Slant Bed Wedge or maybe other brands I have found. **Q: How is the 7.5" compared to the 12"? Did anyone bought two to try?** A: 12 is too steep. 7.5 is perfect and not much sliding **Q: Are there replacement pillow covers available?** A: When i got this pillow i realized that was going to be an issue so i cut up an old sheet and made a couple of squares large enough to cover the sleeping side and tuck in all around.
